I.Restaurant Manager
Job Function :
* Be the full guidance of our young Restaurant- and Bar-Team
* To train and develop the F&B team and to increase the quality and standard of services
* To handle personally all administrative duties like the staff-planning, Restaurant reservations and special arrangements
General Requirement :
* At least 1-2 years experience in a comparable Manager Position
* Minimum D3 graduated from related field
* An excellent knowledge of all F&B-areas including a very good knowledge about wines
* An out-going, hands-on, dynamic, professional leader with excellent communication skills
* A natural team player providing a very personal and unique service to our guests
* Should have a very good skill in English (speaking and writing)
* Knowledgeable in Chinese and Western Cuisine
